The Créas de Frida workshop simplifies its delivery method and now offers all of the following possibilities:

YOU LIVE IN FRANCE

- Delivery by letter followed : preparation of your order and sending with the carrier LA POSTE within 1 to 3 working days. Then the envelope takes a few days to arrive at your place. You will receive a tracking number by email.
- Delivery by Colissimo : preparation of your order and dispatch with the carrier LA POSTE within 1 to 3 working days. You receive a tracking number by email.
- Delivery to a relay point : preparation of your order and dispatch with the carrier MONDIAL RELAY within 1 to 3 working days. You receive a tracking number by email.

YOU LIVE IN A EUROPEAN COUNTRY (EXCLUDING FRANCE)
- Delivery by letter followed : available in almost all European countries. Preparation of your order and dispatch with the carrier LA POSTE within 1 to 3 working days. Then the shipment takes a few days to a few weeks depending on the country of destination. You will receive a tracking number by email.
- Delivery by Colissimo : preparation of your order and dispatch with the carrier LA POSTE within 1 to 3 working days.
- Delivery to a relay point: making your order and sending it with the carrier MONDIAL RELAY within 1 to 3 working days. You receive a tracking number by email. For GERMANY, BELGIUM, AUSTRIA, SPAIN, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, PORTUGAL only.

For orders over 100 euros (to France or the rest of Europe): delivery method by COLISSIMO or MONDIAL RELAY mandatory.
RETURN
The withdrawal and return policy is available in the general conditions of sale in detail.
In the event of a missing, damaged or broken item, the customer has 3 days from receipt of the order to notify Créas de Frida at creasdefrida@gmail.com. The mail must be accompanied by the following information: surname, first name, date and order number, delivery address, as well as clear photos showing the damaged jewelry. We can then discuss the best solutions for remedy this problem.
The customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The order must be returned in its entirety, in the original packaging, only after completing the withdrawal form available in the general conditions of sale and after sending it to creasdefrida@gmail.com. Return delivery is the sole responsibility of the customer, the items must return in perfect condition and must not show signs of use.
MODES DE PAYMENT
The website accepts credit cards and Paypal. The order is only confirmed upon full receipt of payment. The articles remain the property of Créas de Frida before full payment.
